Foxes Library
Upstairs on the upper level of the nursery and next to our Sensory Room is our Foxes Library area which is available to children from the Foxcubs and Pre-school departments.
It is a cushioned area which is highlighted in a den environment where the children can choose a book and read it along with their friends.
The children love having a mini adventure upto the library where they can learn Information and Communications Technologies (ICT) skills on the laptop and play educational games too.
Makaton
At Foxcubs Day Nursery we promote and teach Makaton as an extra support for communication and language. It’s an incredibly useful skill and the children love to learn new signs, especially when reading stories.
